The one thing most businesses need to realize before they own a banner is that they might need a permit to hang theire banner! Being in the banner business-- I have to admit that this is just another way for Government to infringe on our freedom. I can understand maybe that the owner of the building might not like you to hang a banner out in front of your business because that's their policy and that's their right as being the owner of that building. But, when it comes to local government wanting money to hang a banner in front of your building is kind of like Al-Capone in Chicago when you had to pay him protection money because you were in his town!
